Booking or Reservation Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation. • Minimum stay of 3 nights are required for high season of July 15 - September 15 • Minimum stay of 5 nights are required for peak season of December 20 - January 5 Check in & out time : • Check in time : 14.00 • Check out time : 12.00 Late check – out ( day use) up to 18.00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability; above 18.00 is at additional charge of 100% or 1 night villa rate. Deposit Payment 50 % deposit is required to confirm a reservation Balance Payment Is required before departure date At time of reservation or confirmation, we will inform our bank account details. Any bank transfer fees including corresponding bank charges are to be applied to your own bank account. All payments in Indonesia require to be converted into local Rupiah curency Cancellation Cancellation Policy – all accommodation costs are non refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date. Prior cancellations to arriving also have a penalty. Low Season Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged one nite villa rate High and Peak Seasons Any cancellation made less than 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season prior to arrival will be charged one nite villa rate.
